CRAV Co. is looking for a warm, engaging, and sales-driven associate who loves connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
We are a luxury fragrance brand specializing in candles, perfumes, and interactive scent experiences. Our store is a place where guests can explore, create, and have fun. We’re looking for someone who brings that same energy to every interaction.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and personalized attention.
- Recommend fragrances, products, and experiences based on each customer’s needs.
- Drive sales and work toward individual and store sales goals.
- Educate guests about our scent collections and interactive experiences.
- Guide guests through candle-making and perfume experiences, explaining each step clearly and keeping sessions engaging and on schedule.
- Feel comfortable leading groups and making guests feel welcome throughout their experience.
- Process purchases and handle payments accurately using Shopify POS.
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and beautifully presented.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and complete opening and closing duties.
- Support busy evenings, weekend traffic, and in-store events.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience required.
- A warm, confident personality and strong communication skills.
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
- Comfort approaching guests, starting conversations, and closing sales.
- Confidence speaking to groups and providing clear instructions.
- Professional presentation consistent with CRAV Co.’s dress standards.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative.
- A positive team player who enjoys a fun, energetic environment.
Schedule & Required Availability
- Part-time position, approximately 25–30 hours per week.
- Evening and weekend availability required, including at least three weekends per month.
- Must be available for evening shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, when the store is open until 8:30 p.m.
- Shifts include closing duties, so availability beyond the store’s closing time is required.
- Please include your specific Saturday and Sunday availability when applying.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting compensation of $23 per hour or earned commission, whichever is higher.
